Hi! I’m Francesca Scognamiglio, Permanent Makeup Artist, Educator, and someone who has dedicated the last 20+ years to mastering this craft.

My journey didn’t start with perfection.
It started as a botched client, then curiosity… that later on evolved into a desire to understand why things go wrong.

Early in my career, I saw too many clients with work they didn’t feel confident in anymore; brows that had changed color over time, lost balance, or simply didn’t reflect who they were. And that made me realize something:

We’re taught how to create… but not how to fix.

That realization changed everything for me.

I became obsessed with understanding pigments at a deeper level; how they behave in the skin over time, how undertones shift, and why results don’t always heal the way we expect.

But beyond the science, what truly shaped me was the responsibility of working on people’s faces.
This isn’t just about technique. It’s about trust. And no-one better than me as a previously botched client, could understand this better!

Over the years, I’ve built my career on honesty, intention, and results that stand the test of time, not trends.

Today, I work with clients, train artists, and share what I’ve learned with those who are ready to elevate their skills and think differently.
